This workshop will allow you to explore various jewelry making techniques to make charms and amulets using found and fabricated objects. Learn how a jump ring, a chain, a bezel, or simple pin back can turn your everyday found object into a wearable charm. Participants will also learn how both traditional metalworking and digital fabrication techniques (ie: lasercutter & 3D printer) can be utilized to make multiples and groupings of objects. Expect to leave with a collection of fabricated charms, amulets, and wearable objects. All levels welcome.
