The Haystack Cookie Book

The recipes in this small book will hopefully serve as a reminder of time spent at Haystack and of the extraordinary people that make this place so special.

The Haystack Cookie Book was published to commemorate the 2015 retirement – after 10 years each as Assistant Cooks in the kitchen at Haystack – of Rena Day and Rosalie Guy. The recipes in this book were created by them personally and/or were adapted from cookie recipes that were accessible publicly or were given to them by individuals.
