Haystack Mountain School of Crafts is seeking help in our kitchen for our summer operations. The School has a reputation for healthy and delicious meals, with the dining hall being a vital component of the Haystack experience.

The Kitchen Staff will work as part of the kitchen team to serve a healthy and enjoyable menu for participants and staff that provides options for various personal dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, religious, food allergies, etc.) These positions rely on collaboration, strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team while managing multiple tasks flexibly.

PROGRAMS + STUDIO DIRECTOR

The Programs + Studio Director position provides critical programmatic and operational oversight of the portfolio of studio-based programming, session workshops, and activities presented by the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. The ideal candidate for this senior-level position will be a collaborative and imaginative partner, helping to direct current programs, conceptualize possible future initiatives, and develop the processes and relationships necessary to achieve them. 

This is a full-time, year-round position with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 with additional benefits, including year-round health insurance, retirement with matching employer contributions, and paid time off.
