Haystack Mountain School of Crafts

Haystack's first session of the year featured workshops taught by Peter Ross (blacksmithing), a professional artist from North Carolina;  Eileen Wallace (book arts), from Dard Hunter Studios in Ohio;  Jeffrey Mongrain (clay), from Hunter College in New York;  Katharine Cobey (fibers), a knitter and sculptor from Maine;  Elizabeth Turrell (metals), a ceramist and director of Studio Fusion Gallery in London; and Tom Loeser (wood), head of the woodworking and furniture design program at the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
